Pause and consider…
What whisper is becoming a shout?
What are you allowing yourself to delight in?
Take a few deep breaths, sensing your lower belly, and relax.
Feel the weight of your body held by whatever you are sitting on. Then sense how the earth’s gravity is holding your body.
Let your exhalation completely empty into the earth.
Feel yourself held by something greater and relax into it. Let yourself be held.
Feel that you are seen and loved just as you are.
This simple practice reorients your nervous system to the present experience of being held, as well as your heart to being loved as you are. KOKORO is here for you.

Kind words of Affirmation from Community
“KOKORO provided the space I needed to examine my beliefs and how they affect my life. Sometimes I thought I was the only one who thought a certain way and realized I’m not alone. Other times, I had to reconsider a fundamental belief when another member of my group shared how they approached life.
“KOKORO has been a place of peace for me during the most stressful time of my life. Every session is unique and a place for healing and growth.
“This practice space has been really been what I needed but didn’t know. It has provided a space to listen, to talk about hard truths, define clear actions and be in right relationship to self and others.
